If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please submit a clear photo of your device's serial number, your order confirmation number with date of purchase visible.
Your serial number can be found on the sticker on your motherboard (FD1) or on the sticker in your battery compartment (FD1+,FD2, FD3, SD4).
Repair Times: Repair time varies depending on the complexity of your issue and availability of parts. Most repairs can be expected to be finished within about 2 weeks or less. The summer months in particular may see delays, as it is the busiest time of year.
